If you wish to cancel or amend a reservation you can do so online once you are a registered user. If you are not a registered user, call us at our Contact Center or e-mail us. Always quote the Booking Code on your Booking Form when contacting us.

Please note that the following cancellation penalties apply:

For Serviced Accommodation Reservations: If you cancel your reservation, at any time, you will lose your deposit and booking fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival time, you will also lose the cost of the first night's accommodation. This will be charged to your credit/charge card as outlined to you in our Conditions of Use .

The Booking Code on your Booking Form should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellations or modifications of your reservation.
 
For Self Catering/Holiday Rental Accommodation Reservations: Depending on the number of days notice you give, the following self catering/holiday rental cancellation penalties apply:

More than 42 days you forfeit 33% of the accommodation cost Between 22-41 days you forfeit 60% of the accommodation cost Between 8-21 days you forfeit 75% of the accommodation cost Less than 8 days you forfeit 100% of the accommodation cost

The cancellation fee for a self catering/holiday rental reservation is subject to a minimum of €64.
